FEW BIBLE STORIES are as kid-friendly as Jonah. The tale of this fish-ingested prophet remains a perennial Sunday school favorite. And yet, few of us ever return to this story to plumb its watery depths. Our current sermon series is Jonah: Swallowed by God's Grace. In each chapter we will find a vital message for children and adults alike—the message of God's unstoppable love and the wideness of his mercy.
CURRENT CLASSES FOR ADULTS
GOD'S BRILLIANT IDEA: THE CHURCH, begins January 26th in the auditorium. God gave his son to be the Savior and solution to the sin problem. After resurrection, he left the Spirit to guide us into truth. Then he left us the church as an idea to bring us together. What was he thinking? Join us at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays as Paul Crawford leads us in exploration of the idea of the church from inside, outside, and the leadership.
The Women's study in room 113 on Sunday mornings resumes on January 5th with a study of the book of Jonah through a video series by Priscilla Shirer. Has your life been interrupted lately? How have you responded? Join us for the video series, "Jonah: Navigating a Life Interrupted."
